Sarah Kenderdine is a professor at the Swiss Institute of Technology Lausanne EPFL, where she researches the convergence of aesthetic practice, visual analysis and cultural data. She develops interactive and immersive experiences, whereby she frequently employs interactive cinema and augmented reality.

Bob Sumner is associate professor at ETH Zurich and head of research at Walt Disney Research Studios. He conducts research in the area of animation and works to surmount technical barriers in the production pipelines for games with new algorithms. He also founded the ETH Game Technology Center, which combines research, teaching and public relations work in the field of game technology.

Xaver Walser presents a groundbreaking production pipeline in producer.io, which is supported by Microsoft. David Pfluger and Martin Weiss from Scan2Screen explain how old films can be restored using technology developed at the University of Zurich. Dominik Doerner enables automatic footage labelling with Avlana. With Blooper, Michel Perez simplifies and improves workflows during the pre-production of video and film.
